Your Inspector Michael Cantor is a MASTER INSPECTOR, certified by CREIA - California Real Estate Inspection Association, the premier professional home inspection organization for inspectors in California. 

As of 2019 all CREIA Certified inspectors must have a security background check to remain in good standing. So you can feel safe when a CREIA Certified inspector is in your home. 

Michael is also a certified inspector through ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors, the premier professional inspection association across the United States. Michael has performed over 10,000 property inspections since 1991 as a professional, full-time professional Inspector.  The ASHI and CREIA organizations require hundreds of fee paid inspections to be certified and they require a minimum of 30 hours of annual continuing education credits to maintain good standing.

Michael is a TWO time past Vice President and President of the Orange County joint chapter of CREIA & ASHI. As vice president and president he focused on education for the other chapter members and has continued to assist the subsequent administrations in providing on-going education to the chapter members. As a graduate of the National Institute of Building Inspectors and with his degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of New York (now NYU),  Michael brings an outstanding collection of skills and experience to you, the homebuyer or seller, to inspect, detect and report to you the condition of the inspected areas of your home.
